My philosophy of fitness is simple. Stay consistent, work smarter not harder, and listen to your body. Put the right amount of time into exercise without overdoing it. Fuel your body properly and get plenty of rest.

I take a four prong approach to physical fitness focusing on strength , cardio vascular training, nutrition, and flexibility. You need to apply these four pieces as one unit to meet your unique goals.

Nutrition is the most important component. You need to plan your meals as you plan your workouts. Its important to fuel your body before and after your workouts and during the normal course of your day.

I believe in total body workouts. Your body is one unit and should be trained as one. It’s all connected, one muscle affects the other. Targeted leg and core work outs are the foundation of my training. This approach allows you to build a solid fitness foundation from the ground up.
